WHAT IS COSMIC WELLNESS

Cosmic Wellness contextualizes our place in the quantum universe, bridging the (nonexistent) divide between science & spirituality as a foundation for building a spiritual wellness & holistic health practice. 

We talk a lot about astrology & how to work with the cosmic energy for our benefit, and we do what I call chart healing. 

Since we are all manifesting at all times, we explore bringing intention & mindfulness into that. While at first glance it may seem to be about manifestation & intention-setting, it is centered in Shadow Work. 

WHAT IS SHADOW WORK

Shadow Work is the practice of reconciling the fragmented parts of ourselves that we may exist in wholeness, bathed fully in the Light of the Spirit. This works by understanding that our single, individual point of conscious awareness is a Light. This Light is what I call the Divine Spark. When we direct this Light at something, it is given Life. That means it is imbibed with the Power to grow & change. 

In this practice, we define the Shadow as being parts of ourselves that we have abandoned and left to fend for themselves in the darkness of our subconscious. We do this for many reasons, but at its core it always comes down to being a manifestation of one thing — fear. 

Certainly if we have a lot of repressed memories and parts of ourselves, we may feel heavy-laden with a lot of Shadow. We may feel heavy laden with a lot of shame. We may feel over-burdened with more than our fair share of fear.  If that is so, you are not alone. Some of us have personal shadow aspects of Self that we have begun working with, such as addictive habits, abusive behaviors, avoidant coping mechanisms. 

Collectively, we have a shadow. Collectively, our maladaptive coping mechanisms are generally wrapped up in the five pillars of colonialism, which again are aspiritualism, cis- hetero-patriarchy, racism & white supremacy, capitalism, and industrialism.  In this practice, we talk a lot about decolonization & abolition as the Collective & individual Shadow Work we all need to be doing in order to effectively manifest a world that is safe & feels good for all of us.

To access our free offerings, simply follow or subscribe on Instagram, TikTok, or Youtube. To book a personal reading, session, or coaching, please follow the instructions below. Exchange is due upon purchase or booking. Your session is not solidified until you have receipt of exchange for goods and services. By booking this service, you are energetically agreeing to allow me to enter your Akashic Records and do Energy Work with you

There is a 20% deposit for all bookings that will be held as cancellation fee if you decide to cancel the session within 24 hours of your session

ACCESSIBLE PRICING & DISCOUNTS

To maintain an equitable service, we offer sliding scale prices for all of our face-to-face sessions. This means that you pay what you feel is appropriate and feasible for you on the scale. If after your session you want to give more, tipping is always welcome.

We offer Community Sessions on the first Saturday of every month at discounted rates. You can only See below under “Menu” for prices. Do not select this for any other Saturday but the first, otherwise it will be cancelled.]

For sessions, Black & Indigenous clients are entitled to 50% off while all other marginalized identities may receive a 30% discount. For readings, we only offer discount on readings over $100. Black & Indigenous clients are entitled to 25% off while all other marginalized identities may receive a 10% discount. To access this discount, email me directly at viedarling13@gmail.com.

READINGS

All readings are pre-recorded and may or may not be accompanied by written notes as well as a photo of your notes, chart, and/or cards. They are roughly an hour in length. If you want to book a face-to-face session, please book one via Calendly.

After receiving your reading, you may ask clarifying questions afterward for $5/ea.

When you purchase a reading, you give me permission to enter into your field and engage with your energy and that of your lineage.

HOW TO BOOK:

Go to the Shop and look through the offerings to determine which one is best for you. Simply select it, fill out the form to the best of your abilities, and hit send.

If you need a discount, DO NOT BOOK VIA THE SHOP! Email me at viedarling13@gmail.com to arrange for your reading. Include your birth date, time, and place as well as what subject you're interested in or what your question.

If you do not see a spread that you want, we do offer custom spreads which start at a base rate of $55.55. Email viedarling13@gmail.com to figure out the best reading for you. Be as detailed and thorough as possible.

Expect your reading within 7 days. After receiving you will have a 3 day window to ask any additional questions you may have. Each question is an additional $5 as it will require I go back into the reading and energy to get more information.

COACHING

To access Cosmic Wellness coaching with Vie Darling, you can purchase a session package. In each session, we build upon each one prior in order to maximize our work together and yield as much relief and transformation as possible. 

This is to guide you through the process of Shadow Work and help you to build out your practice. You may be given homework for between sessions that will help shape each following session and you will be required to keep a journal that you write in at least 3 times a week. You will be able to reach out to Vie via text or email up to five times a week (Monday through Friday) while we are working together and have a free 30-minute check in six months later.

Packages can be purchased for:

• 3 sessions (3 months),

• 6 sessions (6 months)

• 9 sessions (9 months)

• 12 sessions (one year)

Sessions should be booked no more than 4 - 6 weeks apart.
