Content Creation Examples

CLARITY CARE NETWORK

Our now defunct not-for-profit mutual aid organization Clarity Care Network was founded by abolitionist, multidisciplinary creative, and healer, Vie Darling as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic in America.

In it’s time, Clarity Care Network bridged Vie’s cosmic wellness container, The Aetherium and their art incubator and production house, Clarity X as an effort to make health & wellness more equitable.

Starting in April 2020, we provided care packages including masks, hand sanitizer, immunity boosting herbal remedies from Vie’s apothecary, and various novelties to combat the isolation associated with the quarantine. We were able to get hundreds of care packages to folks all over the country, also providing hundreds of meals to community fridges in all 5 boroughs. With the eruption of civil unrest catalyzed by the death of George Floyd in May 2020, Clarity Care Network shifted our focus to supplying safety kits to protestors & organizers and food to jail supports all over New York City. We also helped to organize a ride share for organizers on the ground in NYC.

CCN also partnered with The Friendly Fridge to provide free meals to NYC residents across the five boroughs, and created a Community Clothing Initiative to recycle unwanted clothing throughout the community in order to reduce waste and the need for quality clothes.
