To access Cosmic Wellness coaching with Vie Darling, you can purchase a session package. In each session, we build upon each one prior in order to maximize our work together and yield as much relief and transformation as possible.

This is to guide you through the process of Shadow Work and help you to build out your practice. You may be given homework for between sessions that will help shape each following session and you will be required to keep a journal that you write in at least 3 times a week.

Packages can be purchased for:

• 3 sessions (3 months)

• 6 sessions (6 months)

• 9 sessions (9 months)

• 12 sessions (one year)

Sessions should be booked no more than 2 - 4 weeks apart. You will be able to reach out to Vie via text or email up to five times a week (Monday through Friday) while we are working together and have a free 30-minute check in six months later.
